That commitment still guides the company. Southern Coast is family owned and operated, led by Maggie and Skip Barrett from Deerfield Beach, and the team takes a hands-on approach — educating customers on the complete roofing process and clearly explaining the options available to them.
What has grown is the range of work. What began as a local roofing company now handles residential re-roofs and repairs alongside commercial and high-rise projects, with waterproofing running through both. The aim is to deliver the finest products, services, and value in all of our endeavors — regardless of scope.
The clearest measure of whether that works is who calls back. The majority of our business comes from repeat satisfied customers, which for a roofing contractor is the only reputation that counts.
