These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Southern Coast Enterprises, Inc. website at sceroof.com (the “Site”) and any text messaging program we operate. “Southern Coast,” “we,” “us” and “our” mean Southern Coast Enterprises, Inc., a Florida roofing contractor located at 272 NW 2nd Street, Deerfield Beach, FL 33441.
By using the Site, submitting a form, or opting in to receive text messages from us, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our messaging services.

Program description
When you opt in, Southern Coast Enterprises, Inc. may send you text messages about your enquiry, estimate or project. This includes confirmations that we received your request, appointment and inspection scheduling and reminders, estimate and proposal follow-ups, project updates, and responses to questions you send us.
How you opt in
You opt in by checking the SMS consent box on a form on our Site, or by texting us first. By opting in, you consent to receive recurring text messages from Southern Coast Enterprises, Inc. at the mobile number you provided. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.

Opting out

Carrier liability
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Eligible numbers
You must be the account holder of the mobile number you provide, or have the account holder’s permission to enroll it.
Privacy
We do not sell, rent or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except service providers that help us deliver our messages. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Use of the Site
