Reviews
The people who
call us back.
The majority of Southern Coast's business comes from repeat satisfied customers. For a roofing contractor that is the only reputation worth having — and it is a harder thing to earn than a single good review.

Comparing contractors on a larger project? Southern Coast can provide project references and licensing documentation on request, which tends to tell you more than a star rating when the job is a building rather than a house.

A selection of five-star reviews from Southern Coast's Google listing, focused on roofing workmanship, communication, and the finished result.
4.561 Google reviewsSouthern Coast did a great job replacing our roof. They were very neat, respectful of our property and did an excellent all around job. All my neighbors are complimenting us on our new roof. The staff were very nice especially both Mat the foreman and Matt the salesman.
Had my 17 year old roof replaced, the roof was completed yesterday and inspection was done today. Southern Coast was organized, responsive, respectful of property, thru worked clean and efficiently. Matt (Project Mgr) did an excellent job- highly recommend.
It was a pleasure working with Pat and his team Melodie, Jimmy, and Nicole on our roof projects. The entire process was smooth and professional, and the roofs look fantastic. Their workmanship and communication were excellent from start to finish. I highly recommend working with them!
Southern Coast Enterprises gave me confidence there are still good businesses out there! The quoted price was the FINAL price… Quality was superb, and they always answered the phone for any questions I had. So professional, knowledgeable and efficient workers, and AMAZING end result.
Southern Coast was great, seamless process from start to finish. Extremely happy with the final results and will continue to use them on any roofing projects moving forward. Project manager Matt was on site through the whole process answering any questions I had.

Why customers
come back.
Repeat business is not an accident, and it is not really about roofing. It comes from the parts of a project a customer actually experiences — whether the crew turned up, whether the site was left clean, whether somebody answered the phone.
These are the standards Southern Coast has developed over more than 33 years of experience. They are the things a review tends to be about, one way or the other.

If Southern Coast has roofed your property, a review on Google, Yelp, or Facebook genuinely helps the next homeowner or board decide. And if something on your roof needs looking at again, call the office rather than leaving it.
