    We install and repair metal, tile, shingle and flat roofs, plus roof coatings. Here, many homes have tile roofs that are reaching replacement age. The tiles can still look fine from the street while the roof underneath them needs attention. We explain what we find, show you the options, and tell you honestly whether a repair will do or a replacement makes more sense.

    Insurance is a common worry at renewal time. Florida law limits insurers from refusing cover on roof age alone when an inspection shows the roof has enough life left. A dated inspection report from a licensed roofer can help you at renewal.

    Here, commercial roofing often means working with condo boards and property managers. That includes oceanfront buildings and the association-run buildings in the 55+ communities. We also work for small business owners along Hillsboro Blvd and near I-95.

    On these roofs we install TPO, PVC, EPDM, modified bitumen, built-up and other single-ply systems, along with lightweight and tapered insulation, coatings and waterproofing. We also offer inspections and yearly maintenance.

We give you a written report on the roof's condition, explain your options, and plan the work around your residents or tenants.
